Chicken was fresh, hot, and juicy. Cole slaw and biscuit especially good too. Friendly service.
We got a 12 piece family meal & tenders and it was dark brown with a black tent like the oil hasn't been changed in the fryer.... You could taste it on the chicken as well. This is the second time that its been like that recently. The brown gravy was thickerthan the mashed potatoes!! This one used to be my favorite but I'll never order from there again. They're very slow, I waited almost 5 minutes to get my order taken even tho the lady watched me walk in the building. Took them... almost 20 minutes to give me a famous bowl, and my chicken was burnt. Read more
Absolutely the worst....cold fries, hard old chicken, order was wrong. No soap in the dispenser in the restroom. God help the... poor fool that eats here...abandoned all hope ye who enter in!!! Read more
Employee Jerry (from Pennsylvania) is a perfect example of what every public service employee should be!!! Excellent people... skills!! He opened the door for my husband & I, he helped seat an elderly lady as her daughter ordered her food, he helped acustomer decide on a meal, & he keeps the place clean,. The service was prompt. A for effort and the food was delicious all but the chicken sandwich. That was the whole reasoning for... going.. I don't know why it was so horrible but literally 2 bites and I couldn't deal.. Read more
The food is expensive. And I would be ok with paying for good quality food. But, this place can?t heat up Mac & cheese without... burning it & there must be a requirement of a 5 gallon bucket of pepper per chicken! If they even get the order right, it won?tbe fit for human consumption. This is consistent & I won?t be trying again. Read more
