Freaky Fast my A$$. Over an hour. Bread is always soggy. Management is rude and drivers act like it's such a hassle to do there... jobs. Im done with this location. Shut it down! Boycott Jimmy johns! False advertisement! Read more
Horrible customer service. Order from this location for delivery. I literally live a 1 minute drive away from this location. Did... not go pick up because sick and didn?t not want to spread with everything going on (COVID). Well it took them over 50 minutes todelivery my food after it was out for delivery. Juices from sandwich already had the bread all soggy and wasn?t considered freshby then and definitely not freaky fast. Called to get a refund or another order and they hung up on me. Guy who answered phonewas so rude and acted like I done something wrong. If you ever decide to eat Jimmy John?s, try another location because this onehas some ungrateful and rude employees. Read more
I ordered from Jimmy Johns and the driver did not have change , he had to go back to the store to get change and that apparently... upset him because when he came back he brought my change in all coins and stood there slowly counting it out with an attitudenot only that he had the nerve to SPIT on my washing machine that I had just bought that was sitting beside my porch I wasfixing to take inside and hook up. When I called the store to complain I went through 3 managers who simply were rude and actedas they could care less. I went though the regional manager I thought would do something but he was the worst . He accused me oftrying to get a hand out and also said there was no proof that the driver SPIT on my washing machine. He also continued to talkdown to me by saying that I waited to long ( the next day ) to contact him so that meant it was not important and that I wasdoing it on a whim! As I explained to him I was told to call him the next day but he was not there so I called the followingday. The store and all of the employees apparently have been trained to be rude and are very unprofessional. I do not recommendordering from there , I know I will never order from there again. To be told there was no proof and that I was asking for ahandout when all I was asking for was to make sure they knew what the employee had done. I guess I was supposed to take a photoof the nasty goober this man spit on my washing machine. Had I have known the managers were so poorly trained and so rude andaccusing me of lying I would have taken a photo. So be careful when the nasty driver delivers your food. And don't waste yourtime calling with a complaint because they all have been trained to be horrible managers. Jimmy John's is by far the nastiestrestaurant I have ever dealt with. I would not make up a story like that just to get a handout. The food is expensive but Ibought it so if I wanted a handout I sure would not want one from this nasty place. Read more
The food is ALWAYS good. The ingredients always taste fresh and the sandwich is always put together neatly. Subways sandwiches... are always just slopped together with everything falling out of it. The manager at the Russellville rd location is soincredibly kind and thoughtful. I would recommend this location specifically to anyone wanting good food with kind staff. Read more
