The delivery service is terrible. Twice now I have ordered delivery and was not notified on my phone when it was delivered..nor... did anyone knock or ring the doorbell. Both times I have ordered, my cookies were still raw in the middle. Also handled roughlyso cookies were in complete peices. I'm a good tipper too so like what's the deal. Great potential that totally missed the mark. Located right around Fountain Square in downtown Bowling Green, the location is... gold. However, the product is a total thumbs down. How can you get cookies and ice cream wrong? The ice cream was the exactsame brand you can purchase at any grocery store, but here?it?s $5 for a small cup. The cookies are $2 each and nothingspecial. The brownie and ice cream my 11yo son ordered ($7.75) he ranked a 3 out of 5 (said my brownies, which I made from abox, were much better). They DO NOT accept cash. They DO NOT have a cup of ice or water?you have to purchase the bottledwater. AND, the restrooms were disgusting. Save yourself some $ and buy some ice cream at the store along with a roll ofcookie dough and boxed brownie mix to bake in the oven at home. The price would be cheaper and the taste SO much better. Maddie, Matthew, and Hannah were awesome! I ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived! They are a cashless... retailer and I think that?s pretty awesome! Just bought one of every cookie flavor and I will say. I see the hype. Even the vegan is delicious. The staff was very welcoming... and the atmosphere is great. Just a heads up they?re so fresh and warm so try not to eat them in the car. Overall will come backagain. Read more
