As some of y'all know, it's a VERY rare occasion that I visit a "fast food" establishment. Not because I'm snobby, it's just... that I prefer to support local businesses, food trucks, etc. That said ... I was blown away by my Dunkin experience thismorning. From the lovely welcome by the 2 delightful young ladies behind the counter, to yummy the breakfast sandwiches weordered, and the lattes that put Starbucks to shame (plus cost 1/2 as much) - it was a truly great experience. Bonus points forthe adorable Dunkin' lip gloss key chains, meticulously clean bathroom, and ample parking. Only wish I'd gotten those teammates'names so I could properly shout them out and suggest they get a raise. To be clear, this was the Dunkin across from theCampbell Lane Kroger. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ps: second visit was even better! The staff here is incredible, even on super busy days when it takes longer to get here my hot coffee is still hot and everything... i ordered is there. When i occassionally am able to go in person, I see how fast and hard each person there is working. Yet theyare still polite with so much happening all at once. You guys are my coffee heroes, I hope this makes your day as you guys dofor me every time i order ???? Read more
I have so much appreciation for this specific Dunkin team! I became a regular over the summer and rarely miss a morning. I?m a... creature of habit and like what I like and when I come walking in im always greeted and they get to working on my drink almostinstantly. I know they get busy but they deserve more recognition for their hard work. Customers notice, or at least I do.Thanks for showing up and making my morning! Read more
Customer service was terrible, the wait was ridiculous, the donuts were next to stale, but the pineapple mango refresher was... nice. If you have forty minutes to kill and are in the mood for stale donuts and a headache, you've found the right place. Read more
Currently sitting in the drive thru as I type this Do not go to this Dunkin!! They are awfully slow, I sat in the drive thru... ALONE for 30+ minutes. Maybe they are short staffed but 30+ minutes is wasting my time at this point. Would reccomend going tothe location on the Bypass, way better. Read more
I would have liked cream cheese on my toasted everything bagle, like I ordered. And I'm assuming they used a dirty sock to... filter the coffee this morning. This is by far the worst DD I've ever been to and I'm from NY. Read more
