Attempted to purchase food and drinks inside. Waited five minutes and no one ever came to take our order. Asked for help... numerous times. We could see employees gathered in the back. They ignored us. So we went to Wendy's down the street and had amuch better experience. Read more
Stopped here with a large coach tour group. We split up into a couple groups as to over whelm a single establishment. This place... was understaffed as with most places. There was a young lady running both the drive thru window and the dime in area. Kitchenstaff having difficult time keeping food and coffee prepared with just the drive thru let alone another 15 from tour group. Foodwas hot and fresh. Dinning iwas clean and orderly. Shout out to young lady running both registers. Even manager had to ask herfor help. Can't say enough on how well she handled everything. Great job!!! Read more
When I went by, their broiler was down, but I still got their jalapeno bites and free fries for their app special.. I went down... the road for our burger, because my son's heart was set on a burger, and not chicken that day. The jalapeno bites were awesome! Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our kiddo loves BK and every time we've been to this one it takes 5+ minutes for them to even... answer us in the drive thru. And the food is never fresh. The chicken fries are constantly rubbery like they've been sitting outfor too long. Read more
I placed my order and had to wait for fresh chicken for my sandwich. When I received my order my fries were cold.i just simply... went in n asked for fresh fries nicely and this gentlemen with dreads (*didn't catch his name) was kind to take care of me. Horrible customer service this evening, neither my husband or I got our orders correct, and not to mention the girl working the... window who took our order rushed us the entire time we ordered. This location has never made my order incorrectly! Glad that they still have the Impossible Whopper.
