I stop at this Arbys often and really had no problems with the food or service. It is usually very quick at the drive-thru or... dine in, but if it's not it's something out of their control. Everyone I talk to there is nice and never rude. The only minorquibble I have is that you have to check if you get the sauces you requested or not requested (ex. I ask for no Horsey sauce butsometimes still get it). Read more

Slow and wrong is one thing. Slow and knowingly handing someone the wrong order is another. Would have given the benefit of a... doubt if he hadn't said it out loud. Music blasting over an employee's Bluetooth speaker was incredibly profane, they didn'teven bother to tone it down when guests had children with them. That'll be our last trip here. Read more

This is the second time my husband stop by this restaurant and I must say it is the worst. You put food prices up and the food... is terrible. Wrong fries with fish combo and then no turkey for a wrapped. And the worst thing recooked fries that were coldwhen got. Will never go back your food is nasty. Read more

The service was absolutely awful! All thr employees had adittudes about doing their jobs. Asking for help with anything was a... huge inconvenience for them. When they thought the customers had left they stand out front and talk awful about them becausethey came in their lobby and ate. Read more
