I stop at this Arbys often and really had no problems with the food or service. It is usually very quick at the drive-thru or... dine in, but if it's not it's something out of their control. Everyone I talk to there is nice and never rude. The only minorquibble I have is that you have to check if you get the sauces you requested or not requested (ex.
