Terrible service. These people are super lazy. Very slow drive through. They obviously don?t care. On top of that they often... claim their credit card machine is broken so they can literally keep the cash you pay with. I don?t know if Wendy?s uppermanagement just doesn?t care or what. Drive thru experience only. One of the slowest lines I?ve ever had to experience. If that wasn?t enough, the employee simply... don?t want to be there and it shows in their demeanor and lack of expression and urgency. Went for lunch. First it was freezing in the restaurant. The help were all wearing sweat shirts. Then we ordered the food and... the employee put it in wrong. Waited so long for the order that even the manager questioned what the problem was. Then we gotthe order and both sandwiches were prepared wrong. Had to wait again and they even charged us more money for the cheese. Nevergot an apology. Not going back. Read more

Stay away from this rude cesspool of an operation. It took 28 minutes in the drive thru line ( 6 cars ahead of me) to get a... lunch that was ice cold and half cooked. The manager at this Wendy's in Bowie Maryland in the DMV area. He was the kindest gentleman ever atentative and very respectful.... He got my order correct he double checked my order and my fries were piping hot love it. I love Wendy's???? . I would love to doa promo for Dave's daughter self titled restaurant. Good luck ???????? I went to the Wendy's at Harbour Place in Bowie Md and the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was dry and hard..it tasted... old.. how do u mess up cookies? Well they did and they were burned and hard as rocks!???? I ended up throwing away the food...iwas sick with an upset stomach after eating there..called customer service and it's a 30 min wait!???? Well I love the food this location over seems to be overwhelmed by the amount of traffic they get. They also seem to make a... mistake every time I go there. I ordered a pretzel Club cheeseburger and a hot honey chicken sandwich instead of the pretzelburger I got a Dave single. Read more
