Visiting from out of town and wanted to try a different sub shop aside from Jersey Mikes (which I love by the way) upon entering... the establishment I could immediately tell this was not going to be an enjoyable experience due to the unsanitary conditions andthe smell of the restaurant. Every table was completely dirty, the floors were dirty, the employees looked dirty and Sweaty. The cashier was friendly, he took our orders and we waited and simply observed the operation. Another employee came from theback wearing Ear-pods and started making the Sandwhiches. His hair was unkept and he should have had a hair net on. The cashierplaced our order in the system and returned to making the sandwiches with the very same gloves on. The sandwich was absolutelyhorrible, everything was just thrown inside! We ordered turkey but there were huge chunks of roast beef in the container aswell. Please save your money, you are better off at subways if you want to stay within a budget. Jersey mikes is still #1! Ialso don?t like that I can?t see my sandwhich being made? If the front of the restaurant looks like that God knows what theback looks like. Read more
First time customer So ordered online for take out a meatball sub and chili to be ready at noon. Get there 1202 pickup drive 5... minutes back to work to find out sub is cold chili bowl not even half full with no spoon provided. Wow hate say it but if thisquality of food i stick with subway. Not at all satisfied with my order. I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday, no answer. They don?t close until 9. Whatever. I ordered my... sandwich online. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, there was a bag waiting for me. They didn?t have the chips I orderedwith my sandwich, they were all out. I could see they were fulfilling a catering order, there were the chips I wanted in one ofthe catering boxes. Someone else will get them. The worker told me I would have to go through the online service to get a refundfor my chips. That?s ridiculous! Then I checked my sandwich and it is definitely a small size instead of the medium that Iordered. I made the worker aware of this. I?ve been to Firehouse countless times over the last 2 years. Instead she decided totry and convince me what I ordered was in fact a medium. It?s not. Stay away from this location. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. When I finally got it the sub was awful. It's hard to mess up a... sub, this was the worst I've ever seen. The bacon was just 1 huge piece of gristle fat and 1 small piece of what I think wasroast beef? It took so long that I needed to rush out otherwise I would have asked for a refund. Read more
The folks working in there today were awful 9/15/2021 1130am I ordered the large chicken gyro and only half the sandwich had... meat on it. It was made so sloppy I couldn't eat it. I've had this sandwich before and never had to say anything negative untilnow. If I didn't have a online class to get back to, I would have taken it back! Have pride in what you put out, if they don'tcare about the product they serve, they shouldn't work there. I am so disappointed, angry and frustrated. I was looking forwardto eating this sandwich. On my 2nd visit to Firehouse Subs I ordered their Tuna Sub since there was a double points offer and I must say it's tastier... than Jersey Mike's Tuna which is pretty decent!!! #Lunch #GootEats Read more
I called on two occasions to place a catering order; and each time I was told that they couldn?t take my order, because the... manager was not onsite. I was also told to place an order online, but I explained that when I tried to do that, I received amessage to call in to place my order, due to the amount I needed to order. Read more
