I want to start off by saying this place is always clean and the staff is friendly. My only problem with this location is their... inconsistency with pricing. Every time I go I get the same exact order - a make your own creation with 2 mix ins. THE FIRST MIXIN IS FREE. I went in today and I the cashier read me my total, which was higher than usual, and the cashier stated that therewas recently a price increase. There, in fact, was no price increase, he forgot to ring my first mix in up as free. So moral ofthe story, make sure the cashier rings up your first mix in as free! Read more
I paid over $7 bucks for half a scoop of ice cream. There was space at the bottom, and it barely hit the top of the cup. This... was a very stingy portion for the price. That?s a first for me. I agree with another commenter about Bruster?s being betterprice wise, and I can vouch for the portion too. I am very disappointed. Read more

Horrible customer service by the manager Kai (Ty??). She had a very RUDE attitude and her team followed her lead...She wouldn't... honor a birthday bogo coupon they sent me due to their back office issues. We asked politely if she could still honor it as ashow of good customer service, she flatly refused and acted as though my family and I were inconveniencing her. When I inquiredas to why she had an attitude, she offered a lackluster apology that was further attitude..This Cold Stone needs to take a goodstrong look at how they train their people...never been treated so rudely at a cold Stone shop..totally disappointingexperience...will find another cold stone nearby to frequent that knows what it means to have decent courtesy for others andgood customer service. Love the ice-cream Cold Stone makes. But why $15 for 2 small cups?! I can get a tub of equal quality at the grocery store for... much less. I understand the pandemic causes businesses to spend more in order to operate in a safe environment. But don?t youthink increasing from ~$4 a small cup of ice-cream to ~$7 is little too much? I will still go here until I use up my giftcertificates, but probably not anymore afterward. Lovely staff tho. Very sweet and friendly people working here. Read more
The worker basically stuffed my ice cream beyond the capacity of the cup. My ice cream was leaking inside of my truck all the... way home. There was definitely a lack of common sense. Read more
