I have been here a couple times, but this time the line felt extra slow. Though, I think I found my new favorite spicy grilled... chicken sandwich. I never really liked the classic grilled, because it had a dill flavor even without pickles. Not thissandwich, and the marinade had a perfect kick. Read more
Instead of sending workers out to take our orders around 8:08 am they are taking our orders at the window. This means I am... currently stuck in the drive thru line for over 35 minutes which is beyond ridiculous. I came here for the fast service not tobe waiting in a drive-thru line that I am stuck, I have to go to work! Read more
ALWAYS check and double check your order before leaving this place! Almost every time we have ordered from here they forget... parts of our order. Tonight they forgot a sandwich and the salad dressing in our family's order, didn't realize until I gothome. Not even close to the first time this has happened, though, as they habitually forget fries, nuggets, dressings, or othersalad add-ons (usually I catch those before I leave). This location is also crazy slow and inefficient, like instead of a normaldrive-thru they have employees standing outside in the drive-thru lane running orders to cars farther back in line but not thecars at the front of the line. Their systems make no sense. We live close to this location but will likely stop ordering fromhere as its just too much hassle. Read more
My family and I have patronize establishment regularly for the past few years. Today I decided to order a delivery for dinner... for my family. To my surprise my salad came with a hair in it. The few times I?ve had issues with delivery orders calling thelocation hasn?t beneficial, no one has answered. So I opted to just go over and get a clean salad. The staff was nice andhelpful, minus the manager, I believe his name is Tim. When a team member told him that there was a hair in my salad. Hisresponse was well why didn?t she just call and then he shot me a dirty look from across the restaurant. The other team memberswere helpful got me a fresh salad and apologized for the issue. As the manager of that establishment it was very unprofessionalof him to not even come speak to me or apologize to me. Let alone to give me a dirty look as though I the customer did somethingwrong by bringing back a salad that had a hair in it. When I return home and share the story with my family I learned that he isgenerally known for being rude, my son who recently graduated from high school student has shared that he has witnessed himbeing rude to the employees there when he would go there before school or after school. Avoid this location if on a time crunch, 20 minute wait at least. The drive thru at this location is becoming slower and slower... every time I go. It use to be fast and super efficient, like most locations, but over the past few months it has taken about 20minutes or more the get through. The first time I thought was a fluke, short staffed end of summer, but it is getting worse.Last night I was just sitting with no movement for at least 15 minutes. Someone brought my food all the way back in the linebefore the menu windows and it was 10 minutes more before I could actually get out past the window. Not a quick detour on yourway through the area.
