By far the best experience and great customer service in a very long time. I am a huge fan of the Southern Banana Pudding ????... Ice-cream ????. Great evening for ice cream and Bruster's didn't disappoint. Good ice cream and service. I got the Butter pecan and coffee ice... cream in a waffle cone and a hot cookie sundae; both were delicious and well prepared. A little disappointed the sundae wasn'tprepared like the picture but it didn't take away from the taste. Although this is my first time visiting, I've passed this spotseveral times and the line has always been very long. The line was not very long today but there was not a lack of people andthe service moved along reasonably being well. Very important to note is that the serving sizes were amazing for the price. Yayyyyyy!!! -Even though it was set to start August 1st, he said we could use them today There's a heatwave going on in thearea, so this will cool me off... Yayyyyyy!!!! -I was SOOOOO ready for some coolness in my mouth; help reduce my temperatureplease Shaky/ungood order taking... Arghhhh!!!! -I ordered 3 items, 5 mins into my wait, the young lady returned to the windowto ask me to repeat the order for 1 of the 3; actually it was only 2 items because unbeknownst to me, the 3rd item wasunavailable Not the best customer service... Arghhhh!!! -While she only charged me for the 2 items I received; she bothered NOTto tell me the 3rd item ordered was unavailable. I was allowed to believe the whole order would be filled. I was unaware the 3rditem was unavailable & was only informed when I asked for the missing item. She informed me they didn't have the item, that theposter was just an advertisement Good followup from the gentleman... Yayyyyyy!!! -Upon request, the gentleman in the windowprovided lids for my to-go order and asked if there was anything more I needed or that he could do. I said No and went on myway; I was already spent. One person in my party didn't receive her order, so not cool. The coconut-pineapple sorbet wasdelightful...
