Sandwich assembly looks like it was done by a blind person who doesn't like you. Overcooked chicken and biscuit. Oversalted... fries. Sticky tables. At least the ice was cold. Read more

Lots of good fast food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. Try a #6 combo for... dinner some time, you won't be disappointed. Their sausage and gravy biscuits are delicious ????. Read more
I go to different Jacks locations different times and they are all similar in most things. The Bowdon location however, at least... on this occasion was not impressive. The drink counter was dirty with soda rings all over the counter. The service wasn't greatbut fair. However when I received my food there was what looked like half of what I usually would get on the same order. I haveto say I was disappointed with this trip to say the least. Read more
Consistently overcook the burgers until dry and chewy. Customer service usually confounded by coupons. Got the breakfast platter... recently, gravy was spilled all over, yet still inadequate amount.... BECAUSE...large amounts of gravy, and grits, were not intray, but spilled into bottom of bag. Do not respond to requests FOR response to online surveys. EVER. Can occasionally do anoutstanding job, but those times are the exception. Read more
Service is quick, staff is polite, restaurant clean, Jack?s is one of the few restaurants that has burgers, fries, and fried... chicken dishes. Ample parking, conveniently located off the main road. No playground, but a fine environment for young kids. Read more
