Worst Dunkins location, actually all of the concord stores with the exception of Manchester st. needs to retrain their staff.... Outside of concord we don?t have this problem and always get consistent service and coffee. Each and everytime the coffee herecomes out tasting and looking different despite always ordering the same thing. 75% the coffee is not drinkable and we cannotcontinue to waste money. How is that you can make consistently good tasting coffee at home but the professionals here fail to doso repeatedly. Isn?t there a recipe for each beverage they can follow with the correct portions of each ingredients so they comeout consistent each time. I understand they have had staffing issues and I am sympathetic to that but whether they have 1 or 8people behind the counter they fail to make a basic good tasting coffee repeatedly. The woman working called my boyfriend an ?a******? after she said it would be a bit because she was the only person working and... he said no worries, we aren?t in a rush. I?m assuming she thought the mic was off but we backed right out of the drive thru.Being understaffed and having long waits is totally understandable. Swearing at customers who are being polite is notunderstandable though. Read more

I had just previously left another Dunkin' donuts down the street who made the worst coffee I've ever ordered and when I asked... for an additional pump of caramel because it wasn't sweet the employee gave me a dirty look and hurried me through. These peoplewere amazing they corrected my coffee with a smile apologized for my bad experience and thanked me. You gotta love it, goodservice. Read more
This is my favorite Dunks! They are the only ones who make my coffee correctly every day. I did have an issue with a product I... ordered that I received incorrectly and they were courteous and prompt about fixing the issue. Keep up the great work! Read more
I?m not for leaving poor reviews normally however this dunks is doing a very poor job! Two days in a row they have had staffing... problems that have caused them to close the store! Today a row of cars was waiting in the drive up as three employees goofedaround behind the dumpsters, no signs saying closed, nothing! Instead the employees were laughing and video taping the longdrive up line. Read more
