You can't lose with the Italian sub it's remarkable hold the mayo, gets a little sloppy and Italian at least our families don't... do mail with salami. Really nice guy real helpful happy to re-up and order or bring something extra up nice experience. Read more
I really like JJ's, but in this case, the staff did everything wrong with my online order. I ordered NO onions, sauce, oregano,... or Jimmy peppers and add cucumbers & pickles. They did none of those. The receipt even shows my EXACT order. I'm in the area fora few weeks & I hope they shape up or I'll be going to another sandwich shop. Read more
Don't go to this one. Ordered a big john and a veggie and got tuna for both. Chips and drinks were right, but idk what happened... on the sandwiches. I was the only person in line, so I guess they just made me whatever they wanted. Couldn't check it until Igot home with the sandwiches, but didn't think I had to, as it was a very simple order. Came in to get my family food. Girl (who told me it was against store policy to give me her name) made my daughter's sandwich... incorrectly. No big deal right? They will fix it, right? WRONG. Mind you in the meantime I placed another online order tosurprise my oldest daughter. I pulled back into the lot to go get the sandwich fixed and get the other order. Girl was closingand locking the lobby early. I said hi. I just came through the drive and one of my sandwiches are made wrong can you fix it?She tells me no its against the stores policy because the manager said they weren't allowed to replace any orders. I was soconfused. Hello it clearly says on the receipt what was supposed to be on it. I said ok well then can I have your managersnumber, again no its against our policy and he's on vacation. She then closed and locked the door leaving us standing there indisbelief. Wow. So I called and she answered. I told her I had a pick up order that I am now not picking up, nor am I evercoming back to the store. I went to Manteno and they were awesome. This jimmy johns is garbage. went to go get my food, my sisters sandwich was all messed up so she went in to go get it re made and the girl said ?that?s... against our policy? which i mean you?re the one who messed it up? when has a re make ever been against any fast food policy?then continued to be rude to my mom and my sister & refused to give her name. went to manteno and got excellent service. illnever be coming to this jimmy johns again. Placed on 3+min hold, missing a sandwich from my order, one sandwich had a piece of the plastic in the sandwich (see pic). When... I called back about my missing sandwich, I was placed on a 10+min hold so hung up and called again. When I was finally off thethird hold, I told them about my missing sandwich and they knew which one it was?so?not likely to visit/order from this JJagain. Read more
