Who?s running the show at this place? I?ve come here pretty much twice a week for 14 years. Two times (once a week for the last... two weeks) they were out everything I ordered including ROAST BEEF and twice a forty - five minute drive through wait withirritable employees. Come on. Well, its fast food!... They were out of all turkey and made no effort or accommodations for such deficit. Maybe its just me,... but if I go someplace for a product that is on the menu, and they don't have it, it seems appropriate to offer some compensationfor that, or... maybe i.just go somewhere else. Went through the drive through for lunch around noon and was out within 10 minutes which made it great for me to be able to... enjoy my lunch without having to rush. So on that regard they get a good grade from me. Food was as you would expect from a fastfood place but it wasn't bad in any way. Read more
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. I decided to try the fish strips. Absolutely disgusting. And I thought tartar... sauce always came with fish. On the receipt it says tartar sauce but there was no tartar sauce in the bag. Maybe if I had tartarsauce it would have tasted better oh wait that's right I used the tartar sauce in my fridge because they didn't give me any.Also I wanted the crinkle fries I got curly fries. Also ordered two medium curly fries and only got one. So I got ripped off$2.59. I also ordered a roast beef classic as a backup in case I didn't like the fish. I'm kind of glad I did but then again I'mnot. The bun was absolutely disgusting hard and extremely dense. I felt like I was chewing through my arm. I know soundsdisgusting but that's what it came across to as to what I was doing. Also the bun was cold very cold. I am really really sorry Iwent to this particular Arby's. Last time I went to Arby's was the one in Centerville. That one wasn't bad. However I wouldrecommend staying away from this one in bountiful. Unless of course you like eating disgusting food and throwing your moneyaway. And what in the world made them think that they could do fish? Read more
(original, June 2022): You can't order online and pick up in the drive thru. You have to go inside the store to pick up a mobile... order. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes for my food to be ready that I ordered ahead. Staff was not attentive or polite. Wouldnot recommend. 1 star. Edit: thanks for the reply below, I left feedback on that website. Adjusted review to 2 stars. Stillwouldn't recommend. (The food tastes good, but the service and experience is very poor at the moment) Also, the mobile app doesnot show any coupons in the Deals section. I received an email for a "free roast beef sandwich with purchase" but it did notappear in the app. Edit 2: store owner's reply disappeared? They shared a link with me to leave feedback, which I did and atthe end it said an associate would be reaching out to me. That hasn't happened yet. Back to 1 star. Edit 3: July 2022, Arby'scorporate customer service mailed me two gift certificates, each for a free small meal combo. I appreciate their attention andability to make it right. As of now I still don't know if you can pick up an online order in the drive thru however. Theemployees here may also still need some improvement for customer service and speed of service, I haven't been there recently soI can't say if it's improved since June. I realize that labor might be short, but we were in the drive thru for nearly 30 mins. We saw three employees standing there and... just hanging out. So I?m not sure why it took so long to get our food. We made the mistake of not checking the bag and they leftout some food. Would not recommend. Read more
Great Rueben sandwich. I like the variety of offerings. Fast, friendly service. The inside is fairly ordinary, but... comfortable though I often use the drive-thru. Nice, reasonably priced desserts too. Read more
