Update below: The dj on Thursday is better than Saturday, oh and their Ac is on vacation because it's 90 and I only feel... fans. UPDATE: very disappointed in today's experience on 9/4 at about 1 in the afternoon I walked in to grab a shot with mysister from Florida. I was just raving about how we (my husband and I) love it here, we come all the time it's only 10 minutesfrom home and prices are great. Today the bartender charged us 20 bucks for 2 shots of Malibu. We were going to walk out butwe drank them. Next time the bartender sees an out of state license she shouldn't try to charge the price of a bottle for a shotin the middle of the day. Especially when my husband pays 15 for a double of casamigos and we're there Thursdays - Saturday.Ridiculous this isn't NYC you're a little bar in bound brook! Read more
If you want to be disrespected, this is your place. I went for the first time on a Friday night. I opened the door and got it.... Security ran into me and make a sign with his finger ?get out?? I asked you need ID ?! I looked at me angry and said out. If youare looking for similar experience, I highly recommend this place for you ???? Read more

My friend dropped a hookah by accident because someone pushed him, and guess what? They kicked us out, and I don't know if it... was the owner or the manager, but they have a bad attitude towards their customers/ don?t get me wrong I love the place but somepeople don?t know how to manage that type of business ???????????????? This place falsely advertises itself as a sports bar. Beware -- it is not a sports bar. It's a dance club for 20-25 year old... kids with ear piercing music. Maybe its different before 8 pm but do not go there at night if your expectation is a place tohave a beer, get a bite to eat and watch a game. Read more
I hope you guys are happy with loosing frequent customers over $50 that you decided to rob out of their pocket because you... assumed they were too drunk to notice. My friend is a frequent visitor at Cheers. She even knows the owner. We came here onSaturday and ordered 1 special. A special is 1 beer bucket of 5 beers and a small bottle of liquor ($50). When we were finishedwith the first, the waitresses asked if we wanted another special. She proceeds to explain that the bottle is included with the$50 special. My friend accepted a second special. The waitress leaves, and drops off the special. She never cleaned our table ofthe bucket special we ordered previously. So on my table there were two specials. We ordered 3 waters, nothing was ordered afterthe waters. When we received the bill, the waitress charged us for 2 specials and 2 additional buckets (apart from thespecials). My friends and I questioned it (mind you I work in accounts payable), and they still payed. We decided to speak tothe owner on another day (we took photos of the bill). My friends called the business, was told to speak to the owner. Shestopped by only to be told that the owner to this business was not on the premises. Read more
Good ambiance not too crowded, very pleasant staff. Food was very tasty and delicious. There's space for dancing also and DJ.
Used to be named 'Good Times' back in the day and frequented by shady types. Now it's a Hispanic Sports Bar. Typical bar games &... LOTS of TV'S. Service & food is FAST & FANTASTIC!, hence the 5 stars. Atmosphere gets only 3 stars because it's LOUD! SometimesDJ, sometimes Karaoke. If you don't mind being the only fluent English speaker (helps to know a little, basic Spanish) you won'tbe disappointed with Service & Food. You may be patted down by door guy, but don't let that discourage you. They're just keepingthe riff raff out. Read more
