We?ve been to tons of different chicken shack locations and the one in Boulder City is by far the BEST! The best chicken tenders... and fries EVER. Love all their sauces too! Stopped for a snack after a good bike ride at Hoover Dam. They had issues with the fryer, and their pop machine was on the... fritz, however, the three young folks working were trying to make the best of it. Told me the wait was going to be 10 min. Thefood was out in 5 min, and they were still apologizing. No worries, stuff happens. One of the young ladies had a rude customercall in, she was visibly shaken, and in need of some reassurance. I tried to give some comforting words and offered a hug. Food was great! Service was great. And I have asked for an additional root beer, as I was leaving, and they were sweet to offerit to me for free! I left them a nice tip!! Read more
I've had tenders from all across the country, and these may very well be my favorite! Juicy, flavorful, crispy and a nice... portion! The fries were just as good! I had them yesterday and am literally craving them already. The chili is a bit weird, butsince I'm from Texas we do ours very different so it may just be me. But everything was very enjoyable! Was not a good experience, there was no love and you could tell the employees hated being there. The funnel cakes were flimsy... and the chicken was bland with no flavor. Good thing I checked my order before I left because they forgot my funnel cake friesas they were still sitting in the fryer. Read more
Stop by for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. Very fast service with friendly staff. We ordered the #3 combination (3... wings, 3 fingers w/ fries & drink) to share with a side of ranch and spicy ranch. Took one star off because the chicken fingerswas a little to bland and the fries was a little too salty for me. But the wings? the wings was 11/10!! I love the wings somuch. Its a run down old chicken shack, with great chicken fingers and fries. Nice ppl. They made the tenders fresh, they weren't... frozen. 5 big chicken fingers, fries and a drink 12.99. We got the buttermilk sauce, .99 cents each. Big platter, worthsharing. Read more
Wow, did not expect them to be so good. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. They are the best chicken... tenders I have ever had. I also loved the seasoned fries. Definitely visit if you are in the area. Read more
I have never eaten a Chicken shack but reviews looked well. This Chicken shack is very small and quaint when I entered there... were three people working they all said hello and asked me how I was doing I asked what their most famous menu item was andright away was told the buffalo chicken fries. When eating at a place like this I usually ask what they're known for so Iordered it when it came out I was pleasantly surprised it was very large had lots of french fries and lots of chicken The frieswere very crisp had a good flavor and the chicken was excellent The breading was good plenty of hot sauce and ranch on top butnot too much.... if you don't mind a little hot I would recommend this dish. The staff were absolutely amazing asking how I wasdoing if I liked my meal or needed anything else. The place was very clean...
