I loved bareburger back in New York City because of all of the high quality options - I do wish they had ostrich and boar... amongst the meat options. But compared to other options we have seen in Colorado this is far and above our ideal option forburgers! I’m actually curious to try the chicken sandwich too and the broths. Highly recommend. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of, lots of customer service assistance and chefs. Everything is... made to order and you can watch them prepare your food. I was really impressed with the care that the grill cook gave toensuring that the burger was cooked perfectly and the cheese with melted. The price of the burger includes premium cheeses,such as blue cheese. The fries are cooked perfectly, tender and soft with a crispy outside - perfectly seasoned. The keto milkshake is amazing, they use Monk fruit and it tastes so delicious. It’s hard to believe there’s no sugar in it. They have avariety of homemade dipping sauces that are also really good. Definitely gourmet food in a semi-fast food approach. Onlydownside is that is expensive, about $25 for a small shake, small fries and regular burger. This place should absolutely be busier! Did a quick Google search on a whim for burger places with a gluten free bun an this... place popped up. Staff was super friendly helpful explaining all the options. Food came out in no time and it was perfectlycooked. A small fry was huge and were best fries I\'ve had in a long time. Nice little burger shop in Boulder - straightforward menu with Grass Fed Burgers, hand cut fries, and shakes. I got a Junior... Cheeseburger (1/4lb) and an order of fries. Fries are fried in beef tallow which makes them ultra delicious and dipped them inthe house made ketchup and ranch :) Total bill was $15 - a little more than the average but really good nonetheless. We ordered the standard burger and the junior burger. It looked so good that I forgot to take a picture of the food. The... standard is two thin patties, so they cook quickly. The burgers were excellent. The fries were also really good. The woman whotook our order was very knowledgeable about the sources of all the ingredients of the food. Good place with good hamburgers. I’d love to try the chicken as well, and my partner had the veggie burger and said it was... fantastic. The zucchini and onion haystack was tasty, and I loved all of the sauces. My favorite was probably the truffle hotsauce. I’ll definitely be back to try the other menu items. Read more
