Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Green Chile Pork (corn) was well balanced and loved that they gave an entire container of sauce. More... traditional of a taco with cotija cheese, cilantro, onions, and wedge of lime Trailer Park Trashy (flour) was pretty salty butthe fried chicken was on point. We got it trashy so lots of cheese on top instead of lettuce. The poblano sauce tasted of ranchmostly Chili Wagon (corn, taco of the month) had a really nice kick and the fried poblano pepper added great texture Ambience:5/5 - clean, bright, and very grateful for the AC on a hot day Service: 5/5 - cashier was very friendly and providedrecommendations for what to get. I was up in Boulder for a couple of hours waiting for my daughter and decided to grab a bite at Torchy?s. I grabbed a seat at... the bar and was waited on by Caitlin. She was amazing- checked on me just enough to ensure my beer was full and my food wastasty without feeling like I was being bothered (I?m a former server so I appreciate great service). Pry 3.5 ???? The shredded beef and pork was tender but had no seasoning besides the toppings. The corn tortillas we're mushy.... The best part was the hillbilly queso dip! Chips we're fresh a bit salty. Service was fast and friendly and place was clean. Read more
Tacos are really good. I recommend doubling down on that trailer trash taco and get trashy with it. Margaritas have negative... amounts of tequila in them. I actually sobered up by drinking one and I hadn?t had any alcohol prior to coming here. I?mimpressed actually. I?m not even mad. Read more
Went to Torchies Tacos on 10/29/22 for 4 trashy trailers (which claims to be ??GET IT TRASHY? ? TAKE OFF THE LETTUCE & ADD... QUESO? ) The reason I ask for the Queso ON THE SIDE is because it?s a 10-20 minute drive home and I don?t want my tacos to getsoggy. This is the amount of Queso I received for 4 tacos? it?s sad that when I get it for dine in it?s smothered in queso butfor take out I get half of a small container? the tacos are not consistent. This is my first visit to Torchys and it didn't disappoint! Their tacos are just overflowing with delicious, well-balanced... filling yet somehow I didn't have a single taco break on me. The queso nachoes are also a great way to start off your highcalorie, high deliciousness meal! Read more
