Okay, I've been curious about this place since I've moved to Gunbarrel. I came here to eat. I always play it safe and go for a... burger everytime I try somewhere new. The Reaper was delicious, along with the fries; I cleared the plate! Sooo much better thanany of the burger joints in Boulder (sorry, not sorry). I don't do the bar thing but this is only a bar for the guests who want a bar. I have often had a quiet dinner or lunch by... myself or with a colleague in the "dining room" where I can hide in a booth. The burgers and fries are great, guacamole and lotsof other perishables are made fresh (if you ask, right before they serve it to you), and the overall regular guests are a goodmix of families, couples, single people. I kind of miss the karaoke - I don't sing but I was amazed at the people who did! Livemusic is also surprisingly great here, it's as if the professional musicians in town made it their secret hangout. That's Fridaynights now. Read more
We ate at the Gunbarrel location. Everything was excellent, the food, service and atmosphere etc. We will definitely be back... for more of Everything! I had the Reaper, the sauce was spicy so glad I got it on the side, delicious burger! I love how theybranded the bun, very nice touch. The fries are the best I've ever had, so perfectly crispy and tasty. We also had the Mac ncheese and M80 shrimp, all were just as good as the burger. Read more
Woohoo! We FINALLY have a bar in Gunbarrel that serves delicious food. My neighbor recommended I check this place out and I... scoffed as I?m a long time Gunbarrel resident and have found the restaurants that have cycled through this location mediocre atbest. We were VERY impressed with the wide menu selection as well as the superior level of service we received. I love thediverse selections on the menu from Italian to American to Mexican, nice big portions for a hungry night out and the level ofexecution on the dishes exemplified comfort food at its best. Highly recommend the new server Kay. She?s very attentive. Wouldalso recommend the manager promote this place more on NextDoor and perhaps provide the ABV?s on the draft list. Just opened up! I have to admit the food exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is nice with reasonable outdoor patio and a... covered area. The staff and owner were friendly and seemed proud of the place. Will be back soon. Read more
