Not sure what's going on at this TB, but they may as well close. App says they are open and takes my order, but a sign on the... drive-thru menu says they are closed for the day and will re-open tomorrow at 11am. They never re-open. Read more

It was advertised that I would be able to dine-in, but the lobby was closed. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive... thru line for up to 45 minutes in 90 degree weather only to have them say they never received my order and that I would have toplace the order again and wait in the drive thru line again. I lost $16 and hopefully will get it refunded because I never gotmy food. DO NOT come here, find a different location. Read more

What the heck is wrong with this Taco Bell?? It should not take an hour to get your food. I went inside & the four employees... were moving at a snails pace, talking, & burning the food. Literally took 50 minutes to get a couple burritos. The floor wassticky & it was full of several transients. One guy was making angry gestures. Felt unsafe. Read more

Waited over an hour for our order. Interacted with the manager, she was rude and extremely confrontational. I would be so... ashamed if I owned this location. Good thing taco bell is so well established because stores like that would destroy a company.Plus we were missing several items from our order, but I had already waited so long, that was the least of my problems. All shehad to say was "sorry we have a rush" but instead me and the 3 other customers in there were told we couldn't stay in the lobbybecause we had the nerve to ask why our food was taking so long. This is one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to! Don't ever go here! The employees are rude the manager lets the employees... walk all over them she's probably 50 or 60 years old and she's got a 17 year old telling her what to do. Spent 45 minuteswaiting to get our lunch had to go back to work late and still didn't get lunch cuz we had to get our money back. And then anemployee who's not even on duty tries to pick a fight with my husband. Plain and simple if you want to be harassed you want tobe screamed at by a teenagers if you want to be cussed out by the employees come to this place!! If I were you I would avoidthis Taco Bell at all costs. Going to be calling corporate on them. Read more

30 minutes to get through the drive through when there were only a few cars ahead of me. They were no longer serving one box... that was on the menu and out of the second item I tried to order. I got my third choice and my order was still made incorrectly.The stain on my shirt will remind me to avoid this Taco Bell in the future. Read more

Since COVID, the lobby has not been open in ages. It was open the other day, so we stopped. I ordered on the kiosk, it took... forever, and I'm not sure what food I got, but it wasn't what was ordered, and the preparer tried to convince me that a BurritoSupreme didn't have lettuce, tomato or sour cream. Since then, both the lobby and drive through have been closed for the lasttwo days. If you just want food that somewhat resembles what you wanted, the food was good and prepared fresh... But everyonein the lobby was complaining about the slow service and incorrect orders. Read more

They had a line but it wasn?t slammed, nor did the person ahead of me order 50 items. (Which I would understand the haste in... that scenario, but this is ridiculous. ) I do really like this location but I do not understand what I?m paying for if this is afull portion? Read more
