Consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Always SUPER slow even if it's not busy. Even when you get to the order comm... you'll have to wait 20 minutes just to place your order. Literally gave them a second chance today for lunch. MAJOR MISTAKE. I waited thirty minutes for my order of 2 potato tacos, 1... burrito, and a Baja blast. Then the guy finally calls my name 30 min after placing my order to tell me they are out of potatoes.Why didn't he tell me earlier? I would have left! Instead I decided to ask for a refund, the guy instantly gave me attitude. Heasked for what. I said my whole order isn't going to be ready and I've waited 30 minutes only to get frustrated that theemployee could not just let me know about the potato issue. I would have cancelled the tacos. I ended up getting a refund butthe guy didn't even put my Baja blast on the refund (I wish I could've just had the blast too at this point). Just don't eventry to get tacos or anything from this place. I have given this place so many do-overs only to have my order messed up, andleaving me without any food- just HASSLE. So now I paid $3+ and left the store with nothing even though I was supposed to berefunded COMPLETELY. Very disappointed. Read more
Totally inconsistent hours, menu and food quality. Yes - It’s fast food. But it’s a wild ride into whether the restaurant... will be open and if so, what in the world will you receive once you’ve placed an order. This is a dumpster fire defined. If you actually want taco bell, make the drive to the one on baseline and skip this location entirely - it'll probably be a... faster trip anyway. Staff is on a rotating door basis, so its anyone's guess if the place is even open. I'm surprised thisplace is still in business. Read more
