For a sushi restaurant, Tasuki has super fresh fish. I particularly like their tuna which is deep red in color and melts in your... mouth. For a sushi restaurant Tasuki has a unforgiveable flaw. The rice on several pieces of sushi fell off as they were liftedfrom the plate. It is hard for me to rate a sushi restaurant as excellent or good if the chef is unable to keep the ricetogether which is the most basic thing in making sushi. Read more
