We had a great meal here. The owner and family were very welcoming and helped make the meal even better. We had a modified... Sultan's plate so that we could try everything - the kebabs were very tasty - moist and flavorful - the Chapli was superior. Had a variety of sides - all were unique and prepared with care. This restaurant is what I call the ?pearl? of Boulder. Do yourself a solid and definitely visit this place, I can?t recommend... enough. From the moment I stepped into Silk Road Grill I had a feeling it was gonna be good but my expectations were blown offthe charts. Everything about the store was amazing, the place was super clean and extremely organized, it smelled great and thefood was absolutely delicious. Not only delicious but fresh and very well seasoned. Exactly and more of what I would expect fromreal authentic food. They?re also very reasonably priced so you can actually grab a great meal and not go broke while you?re atit. When I finished my meal not only was I full but I was content with life, like everything was okay for a moment. It?s alsogreat cuz they have a market inside the store and you can literally go on a mini shopping spree while you?re waiting for yourfood. Not to mention their drinks selection is immaculate. Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Very yummy, made-from-scratch Afghani food. Said the owner was very friendly and... welcoming. It was also fun to shop the market and leave with a couple unique treats. Only suggestion I would have is to makethe ambience a bit more inviting. I will definitely be back! Read more
