We will be Scratching this place off our list of places to eat at. I ordered the bbq chicken and received a 2.5 oz thin chicken... breast--no sauce. Nothing like the picture. Carrots and peas--yep, that's it. No flavor added. Ordered 4 biscuits--passsomething to drink. If you like a lot of flour, baking soda and dry, then you have the right place. I order from here almost Twice a week. It?s a hit or miss on some items but over all it?s good. They always do a great Egg &... Cheese sandwich but forget the ketchup sometimes. It is quick if you pick it up, good communication and great rewards program. Read more
We love love love scratch kitchen! Recently we have some across two problems with this place. The sauces have recently been so... thin it is the consistency of water. Super strange and it?s with all of their sauces, so I?m hoping they change back to theirold recipes or make them thicker. Another thing but with doordash is that you can?t add a lot of meals without it saying thereis an error when there isn?t. So I haven?t been able to change up my order for the last few times because of that. Read more
I?ve been a loyal customer since this testaraunr opened. Their food was always great quality, even when they reduced the size of... steaks and raised the price. I still patronized. Their service has continued to deteriorate along with the inconsistency of foodand fluctuating portion sizes. At this point I am incredibly disappointed and will no longer be patronizing this business. COVIDhas done a number on the service industry but at this point it?s no longer an excuse to charge more for less while beinginconsistent and unreliable. Absolutely love scratch kitchen. I have ordered from here 10+ times and quality is always incredibly consistent. You can tell... everything they make is homemade- entrees and sides included. I have gone in to pick up my order a few times and have alwaysnoticed that the kitchen is very clean and organized. Hands down my favorite restaurant in Boulder. My favorite is the ChickenBacon Ranch club, seems to always be made with sourdough bread, fresh mozzarella (not prepackaged), homemade ranch, and a highquality chicken breast- no gristle or fat.
