Reviews for Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Boulder, CO
Wide selection of chocolate, kind staff and everything was yummy!
The girl with short purple hair that worked there was so rude. She acted like my friends and I were going to steal ice cream... when we were waiting in line to look at other items to buy. The ice cream was melting before it even left the freezer. Sherushed us out so we could barely look around. I asked if they had any birthday discounts for my friend and she snapped back, "Noyou have to pay just like everyone else!". If you hate your job then find a new one. Definitely won't be coming back. Its a nice shop and they have good icecream but bad customer service. I usually wouldn?t complain, but I bought a chocolate... covered marshmallow from here and it was so stale. So I went back and asked for another that was also stale. The woman workingtold me that is how the marshmallow should feel because ?the case is chilled and the marshmallows were previously frozen?. No, Iknow the difference between a stale marshmallow and a chilled one. So that I would not start an argument, I left. I would?vereally liked a marshmallow though? Read more
Nice selection of local chocolates! The staff was so nice!!! I would say, it is good to try this place.
The staff here was really nice and helpful. I stopped in quickly for a few treats: dark-chocolate covered ginger and gummy... worms, as well as a chocolate, caramel, and cashew cluster. Everything was good. The ginger was especially great. My onecriticism is the price: be prepared to shell out for their products! Read more

When I crave chocolate and pass by a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory I?m going in! There?s not a time that I passed by one and... not go in the store! I just love their chocolate. My favorite chocolate is English Toffee whether it?s dark or milk chocolate! Ialso got the chocolate covered strawberries which is a hit every time. The girl at the front is very sweet and friendly. Ireally love that each chocolate factory I go into whether it?s in Colorado or California the taste of their chocolate is exactlythe same! Very consistent. Very delectable! This one is located on Pearl Street which I consider an outside mall. There arestreet parking everywhere but you have to pay a meter. There?s also a public parking lot. And I have to say it?s quite cheapsince I come from California and almost everything is expensive. So parking is A+! Read more
I bought dark chocolate - candy bark, English toffee and salted caramels. All delicious. The toffee and caramels are thick. ... Loved that! Toffee block is about $5 dollars and each caramel about $2.50. Staff was friendly and attentive. Read more
