Friendly counter service NYC style pizza by the slice, bur at around $5 per piece. The thin crust had a nice crust edge, but was... totally limp in the middle and almost soggy, the pizza sauce was tasty. There was not much cheese on it but it had that "good"pizza oil/grease flavor that makes it enjoyable. Read more
Pretty cool place. The entire "kitchen" is straight in front of you while you are in line so you get to see the pizza get made... right in front of you. Employees are hard working and friendly. Prices are higher than I would like to pay on a regular basisbut are low prices for Pearl Street. I got a 12" pepperoni and shared it with my son. It was ~$16.50 after a $2 tip. It tookaround 12 minutes for the pizza to be finished and brought out to our table. I ended up getting another slice because I wasstill hungry after eating 5/8ths of the pizza. The best pizza in boulder, from the crust to the sauce/ cheese metroplex, they have it down. My roommate and I exclusively go... there for pizza. There is not another pizza that compares in boulder, and if you think cosmo's is better than you should not beeating pizza. Within a year, my roommate and I managed to collect most of our used boxes as seen. The slices are good, but I'm apizza pie kind of guy and their pies don't lie! The best in boulder hands down. Their meatball heroes are excellent too. Theirwhite pie pesto drizzle is unmatched, but everything they offer from pizza to meatball hero to cannoli to service is great. Anauthentic pizza experience. They had fast service and were super nice here. We got the tropical and the bbq. Very fresh and yummy pizza. Thin, crispy and... full of flavor. Just how we like it! ???? also the spicy ranch was awesome!! Hopefully we?ll be back to Denver soon to come backand visit!! Read more
This pizza was delicious! They are large pieces like NY style. I had a slice of cheese and it had great flavor, I wanted more.... The crust is top notch Italian style. You can taste the development of flavors from their poolish (pre-dough starter). Man, thatcrust was divine. I could devour a slice right now if only I was back in Boulder. Read more
