Food was not true authentic. I ordered the beef noodle soup and the pork belly buns. Beef noodle was nothing close to Taiwan... beef noodle soup. The noodles were still hard and wrong type of noodles used for the specific dish and for $17, not worth it atall. Pork Belly buns were salty. Mustard greens were already salted and they put a sauce on the pork belly that made the disheven saltier. Had to drink soo much water after that meal. Not impressed at all. Read more

Best Asian food I?ve found in Boulder. Only tried the sesame noodles and egg rolls, but those noodles were really great. Thick... and chewy/QQ and the sauce was surprisingly bright and fresh. The Sichuan pepper oil was nice to mix in (I just wish it wasn?t$1 for a tablespoon). Overall, more expensive than noodles at Zoe Ma Ma or Flower Pepper but also way better. I?m TaiwaneseAmerican and many of their dishes aren?t Taiwanese but that doesn?t make them bad! Lots of the food in Taiwan comes from otherplaces, just like how your New American restaurant might have tomatillo something. Read more

We were heading to Rockies in the evening and were spending a day in Boulder. I wanted something hot and spicy for the cold... weather. We tried hot and sour soup which was very good. Generally, soup base is thin with not so much veggies, their soup wasthick and had a lot of veggies (mushrooms, onions and others). I felt it was a combination of hot and sour soup and Chinesehotpot! We also ordered Ma Po Tofu, one of the best we have had! I felt like the flavor was a combination of Korean Bibimbapand asian hot sauce!! I love spicy food and so I enjoyed it immensely! Their chilli oil was also special, three types ofchillies, sesame seeds, and ????????!! Quantities was very good, we shared this portion between two. One thing to note was thatthey don't have disposable cutleries. Overall, sensational experience for spicy food lover!! It turned out to be one of the bestTaiwanese Food experience for me! Read more
