Noodles were perfect al dente, the sauce was rich, savory, sweet, acidic, just the perfect flavor and portion. It was very busy... when we got there, but the servers were very attentive, and fast. The food was 10/10. Simple pasta dishes with TONS of flavor. Ialways take a pilgrimage to Pasta Jay?s when I?m in Boulder. Read more

Really nice atmosphere. Windows open to the outside. Tables outside as well. Beautiful area of town. The problem was the dish I... ordered was not very tasty. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce which is a pretty basic item. I've had it all over the world andrarely had one I didn't like but this one didn't taste very good. It's possible I just ordered the wrong item. Read more

Good pasta, down the strip of downtown Boulder. Could see the mountain tops off in the distance when sitting outside. Service... was fast even for how packed they were. Garlic bread was good just wish it was timed better with are dinner. Read more

Our family came for lunch. The restaurant is lovely and the service is great. The food was delicious. The fresh pasta was cooked... Italian style (al dente). The ingredients were fresh and very flavorful. I would come back! Read more

Decent, but not the best I?ve ever had. Fair choice for Italian in Boulder. Items pricier than the ?$$? Google rating would... suggest. Most entrees were around $18-20 and then add ~$10 to add meat to a dish. We got the jumbo stuffed shells and the housemade ravioli. The shells were pretty good, maybe slightly burned on top. The ravioli was ok, maybe slightly bland if you like amore strong garlic or seasoned taste. Overall not a bad option, and I?d probably stop in again, though not if there was a waittime. Read more

Great pasta and some of the best people watching in town. I was shocked they charge 6 dollars for a pop but still a 5 star... experience, food hasn?t changed (in a food way) since I started coming here 20 years ago. Read more
