Ok experience. I felt like the portions were less than normal. Staff was ok, cleanliness of store could have been better.

Terrible service. I asked the cashier for some chipotle peppers on the side and he raises his fingers and says ?hold on?. So I... waited until he was done and just repeated to make sure he heard what I asked. He rolls his eyes and give attitude about it. Read more

I walked out because they are STILL only offering plastic packaging and non recyclable drinks containers and plastic silverware.... Come on noodles, it's 2021, stop polluting the earth. I would bring the kids once a week if I could use my own containers oreat in with proper plates and silverware so you are losing business. Read more
If you order online through Noodles, beware. They use Doordash. If they screw up your order, there's no way to get them to... correct it. I'm very upset with the way this is set up!! Door dash doesn't show that I had an order and the restaurant claims noresponsibility. ************** Update--after filling out the feedback button a few times, which may or may not have beennecessary to do so many times, a manager reached out and refunded my lost items. I'm glad I could get through to them that way.The feedback button is in your account, if you're a rewards member. They are incredibly hospitable and pleasant to talk to. They made it a really simple and uncomplicated process. The Caesar salad... is my favorite; the dressing is excellent. I really enjoy their spaghetti and meatballs. Staff that is welcoming and helpful. Read more
