I have always enjoyed the food here. Many a take-out during Covid, but how nice to dine in again. Everything I want in a... restaurant: consistently delicious food. Reasonable prices. Clean, nicely decorated room. Attentative but not obtrusiveservice. They aren't there to make small talk with you, but to give you what you want to eat. (Is this why a reviewer feltinsulted?) Quiet. Nepal cousine is an excellent place to have really good food. they have a lot of vegetarian options. I chose the Chana Masala... and the Dhal soup. both were really good. when you order, they will let you choose how spicy you want your meal. If you have thechance, go and check it out. If you are looking for some amazing vegan food, this place definitely hits the spot! Monday vegan lunch buffet is definitely... worth the drive from Denver. Under $10 and AMAZING food. I gave 4/5 stars simply due to the slow service. People wereconsistently out of water and it took the waitress over 25 minutes to get my check. Definitely not a place to come if in ahurry. I have eaten many places in Boulder and I?ve enjoyed many meals. I will say that Nepali Cuisine is good with the quality of the... food they serve but very bad when it comes to quantity. We ordered take out, paid $15/meal and there was barely any food. Noteven enough for a child. Very disappointing. Read more
