We just finished eating here and I feel like I've died and gone to heaven. The elote was incredible and the short rib burrito... was delicious. I'd post pictures but I got too excited and started eating - maybe next time! The hostess gave us an accuratewait time and our waitress was super charming, even giving some feedback about menu choices. We will absolutely be back. PS - asper usual before writing my review I took a curious spin through the low ratings and I have to wonder where those people wereeating for $13-15 a plate and getting more food. While I agree I've been to less expensive establishments, the quality of meats,salsas, cheeses (Oaxaca and asadero!) and the obvious care in preparation makes this well worth it - and I'm stuffed. I really enjoyed the food here. It’s a great rendition and flavor profile. These flavors are hard to find in Boulder. I really... appreciate the food quality. Guacamole = 5?'s Highly Reccomened!! Ordered the 3 salsas and Guacamole We ordered veggie enchaladas with green chili And a... chipotle aioli taco and a fried avocado taco with rice and beans. I had the Torta Mexican Sandwich With short rib, served on house-made bolillo bread with chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato,... avocado, asadero, charro bean spread, crema and escabeche relish. The yuca fries were great. Had few margaritas and chips andsalsa too. Fast great friendly service! Read more
First of all, make this your top rated fresh tex-mex restaurant that takes your taste buds to the max. Speaking of Max, amazing... bartender. Gave us excellent recommendations and is a wonderful entertainer. The food landed in my top list of tacos andguacamole (above any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to). I ate at Mojo Taqueria. I was in town for a cousins wedding. I wanted Tacos since it was Taco Tuesday. I used Google for... where to go and could not have been happier. I sat at the bar and female bartender was so friendly, accommodating andefficient. I had 3 Tacos and they tasted great. The margarita was a great combination. I was in closer to close and feltwelcomed. If I get back to Boulder I’ll will go have more tacos. Read more

Shelbi worked with us in advance to talk us through... food and drink options, timing, etc. We had an awesome experience, and the food and drink were fantastic!
