Very disappointed by the accuracy and quality of this location the bread was hard like it was a few days old nothing was fresh... and the sandwich was both not what they were supposed to be. Finally installed app. Place order. Paid for order. Got to store. No order. No record of order. Placed again inside and they... charged me, called my bank and they said I have to take it up with Jimmy John's. Always order from JJ being an Illinois Native. You guys kill it, great employees. I ordered to my Store by accident and your... driver went out of his way to deliver my order to my house in a friendly manner. That is true customer service, as I wouldexpect my employees to offer. Got a 8? BLT from them for $10, fast service, nice staff, easy parking, and a tasty sandwhich. It was supper chaotic in there... though, and pretty messy. They layout was strange too and it had people bumping into eachother. They have a nice outdoor areato eat though which is nice. Read more

Came in to order the guy worker was friendly and made my sandwich right away. I got the #7 spicy east coast Italian Double Genoa... salami,double capicoli & double cheese hot peppers, sauce, onion, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Next time I'll have them cut in halfthough. Read more
Never will order from Jimmy John?s again and I recommend you don?t either. I ordered sandwiches at 3pm called an hour and a half... later after doordash said the order was delivered and it hadn?t been. Said that the order hadn?t left the store but the driverhad just gotten back and would leave soon. Waited another hour and called asking where my food was and asked for a refund. Afterbeing rudely told I would get a refund I haven?t received a refund or sandwiches. Don?t waste your money. There are much bettersandwich shops in Boulder and recommend choosing them any day over Jimmy?s. Read more
