Regarding order three days ago: As you can see in attached photo, this is the amount of ice cream I was given after spending... $30 (Chillax Pack). It is not even half full. Additionally unfortunate because I have ordered from here many times in the pastand have been given a near full cup. Not sure what this was about. They gave me the correct cookies times time fortunately asthey have on multiple occasions got that wrong as well. Read more
Haven't ordered Insomnia in several months because of how expensive it has gotten so figured I'd try again despite the cost.... Driver forgets half my order at the store and when I call the person offers a refund because, despite saying they're stilldelivering for another hour, can only fulfill the rest of my order through Uber Eats so I'm essentially just not going to getit. I paid $4 in delivery and if we all pay $4 in delivery, then where does this money go because clearly I can't even getdelivery? Read more

My boyfriend and I were here last night, so we drove over here, expecting that they would be allowing just one person in at a... time or something. Well unfortunately they?re only doing pickup and takeout orders, so we decided to order online and wait tograb our order since we were already there. But of course their website doesn?t let you just get like one cookie sandwich forpick up or something, which was a real bummer, so we had to order the 12 small cookies. It was still good, but I was superbummed I couldn?t just tell the workers what I wanted as I was already there, and wait outside or something. Though at least theworkers seemed to work fast with our order since they knew we were already there. Read more
These guys are awesome!!! We ordered a 4-pack for delivery and my daughter received the box with only 3 cookies. I called... Insomnia Cookies and they made it right immediately. Not only did they deliver the remaining cookie but gave my daughter a6-pack for the trouble. This gesture was not necessary but really appreciate how the person I spoke with there wanted to ?makeit right.? A great business to deal with. Read more
OH MY GOODNESS. I have been missing out. These cookies are heaven!! The peanut butter chip is 100/10 stars. And so is the peanut... butter cup deluxe cookie. I can?t explain how perfectly baked they were and so warm when I picked them up. Open late & has anapp!!! ???????????? Read more
