Amazing breakfast spot! The food and drinks are something else. The beer battered onion rings are the best I've ever had.... Classic Bloody Mary, onion rings, scrambled eggs and pancakes were delicious. The eggs and pancakes are also served with veggiesausages and potatoes on the side. Read more

Delicious breakfast spot. Loved the Corned Beef Hash. Wow! So yummy and full of flavor. I highly recommend it. My friend tried... the pancakes and she was happy with them. We had a round of Bloody Maries and they were superb. Make sure to make spicy if youlike hot! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Read more

It was a cold breezy fall day in Boulder. We decided to peruse the Pearl St. Mall and search for some nosh for brunch. On our... way to another restaurant, we came across Foolish Craig?s. Now, let me start by saying Foolish Craig?s was a fantasticexperience. The moment we entered we were wrapped with a warm, cozy feeling that was blissful and happy. We were sat next to thewindow and we?re greeted by our server Maya. She was so helpful in recommendations and we ordered the chicken fried steak with abiscuit and the homer omelette. I sipped on local, delicious hot coffee (Foothills Roasters) while simultaneously slurping downan absolutely stellar Bloody Mary. Our food came and everything was hot and beautiful. Maya was extremely helpful inaccommodating our requests and was regularly stopping by the table. She is a total rock star and I hope she gets the recognitionshe deserves. All in all, the food was excellent, the Bloody Mary just smashed and the coffee was absolutely heartwarming. Thankyou, Foolish Craig, for this beautiful little place that felt like home. Read more

What an unexpected find on our trip to Boulder a couple weeks ago. Walking along Pearl street and looking for some brunch with... a few drinks we saw this place and were able grab a couple seats at the bar. Great service on a crowded, busy Sunday. Thestaff was pleasant even though they were hustling. And the food was outstanding. I had the corned beef hash with a coupleeggs, and my wife had the huevos rancheros. The corned beef is done in house and was so tender and not overly spiced. Bothwere generous plates that we eagerly polished off! We ate at several restaurants in Boulder and Golden over a couple day's andthis was our favorite casual place by far. Would definitely recommend! Read more

Loved this place! Ended up sitting at the bar there for hours because the staff is so wonderful, and the restaurant itself is... just homey and comfortable. Their Bloody Mary was delicious, as well as all the food I tried. Here is the brie & pear omelet, and the millionaire bacon. As previously stated in another review, I did expect a more unique presentation than just a plate ofbacon covered in syrup, but it was still delicious Read more

Foolish Craig?s is quickly becoming our Easter brunch tradition. It?s in a fantastic location on east Pearl where you can browse... a few nearby shops in case of a wait, which there often is on weekends. (Tip: get yourself on the waitlist before headingover) Everything was delicious as usual, and portions are large. My husband just ate a little from all of our plates (Belgianwaffles, the Foolish Craig crepes, a breakfast burrito, and blintzes) and we still left with a to-go box. We added an order ofMillion Dollar bacon this time, but it wasn?t our favorite - a few strips of bacon sitting in a pool of syrup. We expectedsomething a little more interesting, and it was fine but we won?t order that again. Read more

Service was great. Waiter was very kind. And the location is very nice. That?s where the good stops. The French toast was... abysmal. Essentially just bread chopped into little bites as if I was some sort of toddler. Bacon was like plastic sheets withred40 food colouring. I can see why they call it Foolish Craigs, the chef must be named Craig. Read more
