Despite the rude, entitled, belligerent, customers, being short staffed, and machines breaking down, the staff here do an... amazing job keeping the store running. I like to go in early to get my favorite type of doughnuts cause any time after 12 alotof the doughnuts are gone. I recommend going in early to get exactly what you want before they're gone after all "first come,first served. " Great job to everyone working there I don't care what any of these other reviews say it isn't going to beperfect everytime. But you guys keep up the good work! Read more
I used to love this location but was told they "no longer" have skim milk. I didn't think that was an odd substitution, but I... won't pay an extra 50 cents each time for a nondairy milk just because I don't want full fat whole milk. I've never heard of acoffee shop not having skim, so I'll go to literally any other one in the area. Disappointing. Read more
I LOVE this place!!! I come in often, 5-7 times a week. The coffee is delicious. The staff is friendly and well managed.... Everyone is understaffed these days and I vote for us all being grateful that these folks are at work, ready to serve. Thanksfor making my coffee every morning, and giving me a taste of home, growing up in MA! Read more
Ugh. Waste of six dollars on a bad tasting sandwich where the dough wasn?t even cooked through. Also there was nasty green stuff... on my wrapper which tells me they?re just cross contaminating to their hearts desire. Read more
It's dunkin.... i will say my only complaints were that the cashier was completely non social. And when asked where the... restroom was pointed my down the hall knowing there was a sign on the door to get the key from him and yet he declined tomention that.... plus there was pesto all over our sandwich wrappers and bag but none of stuff came with pesto... just alittle sloppy is all. Stopped in during the Boulder Boulder. This one is off the course of the run, so it was not at all busy. It's an older location,... but very nice inside. Staff was kind & donuts fresh. The chairs were very cool. My little granddaughter enjoyed the visit. Read more
After receiving some funky rude service from the inside counter girl working today at 8:30am, hair is up in a bun. I wasn't... directed to where my donuts were ready that had just been sitting on the counter, and ordered an everything bagel with creamcheese on the side. Got home and this what I received. We all work too and I personally work 6am customer service shifts myself,this kind of attitude and not even recieving the right order is pretty wild. Read more
Today I went to pick up a doordash order for a customer at this Dunkin location. Although it was halloween and they were a bit... busy, the cashier, Ada, had a positive attitude and went out of her way to make me a drink while I waited. Such a greatexperience! :) Read more
