I work for the CU Volleyball team and CAVA Boulder is our girls favorite spot for lunch. I worked with the new manager from... Texas who was extremely friendly, personable, efficient and catered to our team with class. He went above and beyond to makesure we were taken care of and that the order was ready to be picked up on time. Every meal was delicious and made specificallyfor everyone on our team. He left a very positive impression on me and I 100% recommend going to CAVA Boulder for your largeteam needs or also for your personal lunch days. I am so overwhelmingly happy with this place. They are always so kind, helpful and patient. I had a wonderful experience at the... end of the month. I couldn't figure out my gift card and there was a huge line. The general manager kindly comped my meal andtold me that I could have it figured out next time I came in. Bad customer service and no organization!! We got takeout, ordered online ahead of time and got there a little early because we... knew it would be busy. We set our time for pick up at 6:30. We waited until 6:30 to get into line because the bags weren?t atthe pickup location. After being ignored and told to wait at the back numerous times finally at 6:50, one of the employeeshelped us out. We got our food and left, not wanting to cause any more commotion within the store. It was rainy and a busy dayso we left, expecting the store to have gotten our whole order (2 bowls and 2 orders of pita chips). When we got home, there wasonly one bowl and one order of pita chips. Overall I think this was a decent meal. I was disappointed to find that the brown rice in my bowl wasn?t fully cooked and most... of the rice was extremely hard and inedible. Considering CAVA is primarily a grain bowl restaurant, it is discouraging that thebrown rice isn?t even cooked properly. Aside from that I liked the flavors of the food and it was ready very quickly. Love the chicken right rice bowl but a big reason I come is for my Maine Root soda-fix. I ordered one and the cashier gave me a... cup only to find out AFTER paying that the machine is out of order! You couldn?t tell me that when I ordered? I asked if therewas another machine in the back and she said ?you can get a bottle from that cooler.? Rude. And I wanted a FOUNTAIN soda, notbottled.
