Bagel was good. Tim glace was good. Hashbrowns were freezer burned ick. Overall nice.
Ordered donuts using Uber eats, they accepted the money and the order! but when the driver got there, they had 2-3 different... donuts at most, not even 1/3 of what we've saw in the menu. False advirtising. Read more

A sign on the door informed that they were going to close at 22:00. At 20:45, the ( 3 ) employees had locked the doors and... refused to acknowledge the presence of clients outside, even those that knocked on the windows. Read more
Good service. Happy cashier. Wrong sandwich but right away made the new one. All good :)
Staff is impolite and swear a lot in front of clients. They also seemed much more interested in talking togheter than serving... clients. Read more
Hello Tim Hortons , I stopped by today at your restaurant #619 in boucherville , and I was disgusted and appalled at the way... your restaurant looked. The cleanliness of the place reminded me of a dumpster I used to have behind my work place. Not aSINGLE table free of rubbish or clean for me to sit on ( although only two patrons inside the restaurant at that time ) nonapkins in the dispensers , food and rubish all over the floor and even BEHIND THE COUNTER !!! Garbages overflowing , floors sodirty that i was afraid to get my shoes dirty. You need to see the pictures to believe it. What a shame for the brand and forthe clients stopping there. Needless to say that I am and was disgusted and will never ever set foot in the tim hortons everagain. Such a pity as i live near by in boucherville. Read more
