Door was locked at 9pm we waited 20 min outside in the cold wind for our online order. I order a spicy Italian. Bread was wrong.... They didn't put half the toppings not just put a little on there didn't put any of the missing topping. I ordered on it.alsowasn't toasted I ordered it toasted. tried to call and get it fixed phone number just hangs up on you. Not happy at all. I knowsubway standards I managed 2 for 3 years. Place was clean and not busy, The servings of vegetables were much smaller than other Subways in the area.

Decent sandwiches? just not they don?t take coupons. We got a coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99 in the mail, excluding a few... specific subs. We didn?t order the subs that we were excluded from with the coupon in fine print, but he still would not acceptit. $30 for 2 foot longs. We wouldn?t have come here in the first place if it weren?t for the coupons. Probably won?t be backbecause of the bait and switch tactic. Read more

Discourteous staff. One didn't bother getting up and the other was just constantly on the phone getting the orders wrong. We had... to keep gesturing at him to make sure he was doing what we requested. Add to this the toasted sub was rock hard. Not going back. Read more

I order two subs today. Had my co worker run over to be told its not there. I check my account and was charged 22 dollars. I... went over to inquire about my order and she preceeded to tell me my order was due at noon... being that wasn't my name or myorder I was confused and showed her my order on the subway app and asked to make sure this was the right store and she told meyes. So I asked about my order and she said I didn't have one. I asked for a refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund.So I asked to speak to someone else about the situation, she told me no one was there. Like what the hell just going to chargeme and not take care of the order. Great customer service. I want my money back. Read more

I went in today on my lunch break and there was a family being served ahead of me and it was a larger order so it took awhile... which was fine... I understand being busy. But during this one order as I was behind 1 other person probably 6-7 people came inbehind me and waited as well. By the time the person ahead of me went to order the guy said ?sorry it?s cash only? after lettingus wait forever... like... thanks. I understand systems being down but you could have announced something to the 8 of usstanding in line so we could have left as about half of us didn?t have cash. I consistently get poor service here but i neversay anything because I?ve been on the other end and i understand being slammed and having bad days. But he didn?t evenapologize. Just kind of laughed. This place is usually pretty good and the staff are nice. But on more than one occasion we?ve seen where they close earlier than... what Google or Yelp shows. Tonight was the worst though. We ordered subs on the subway app and paid. It said it would be readyat 8:05 PM and our card was charged. Google and Yelp both state that the shop closes at 10 PM. We arrived at 8:16 PM and theshop is closed, locked and with no lights on. Clearly they close earlier than advertised. Even the sign on the door says theyclose at 9:00 PM, which doesn?t even match what it says online! Meanwhile, the app says our order is ready. We double checkedthe address to make certain we ordered from the right place. It was correct. Now, I have to prove that we didn?t get what weordered because they closed early. If I don?t get our money back, I will never come here again. Read more

Had a chicken with bacon 6 inch sub and it was so delicious. Staff were pretty nice to customers and always smiling. Overall... experience was good! The old lady over here is really sweet person, she is so nice to people and has a lot of patience whichusually lacks in other subways Read more
