I always come here and I had no problems till today! At first the girl who took my order was very off and struggled to take my... order, then I asked for extra boba and she gave me drike with no boba, then she charged me for that extra boba. The best bubble tea in Bothell!! I was so happy to know that Sharetea, a very decent bubble tea, opened in my area. Once they... opened, I even more excited to know that they also sell foods. I thought the foods will be mediocre but lo and behold, I endedup craving for the nuggets and chicken wings every week! They are so fresh, tasty and addicting!! ???? My favorite order issweet and spicy nuggets (just because my husband like it boneless) with Cajun fries. Today I called in for 4 taro milk teas,one black milk tea, my all time favorite QQ happy family and my favorite nugget combo. The person that get the phone didn?trealize that I ordered 4 instead of 1 taro milk tea. So at the time I paid, he apologized and made my teas right away. It seemslike he was new that he threw my receipt where I can get my bubble tea points. I asked him to reprint the receipt but when I gethome I realized that the points code wasn?t there. I was disappointed and voice my disappointment on their feedbacknumber. Surprisingly, they received my feedback within seconds and replied it within minutes. They apologized about themisunderstanding, gave me my missing bubble tea points and even gave me a free bubble tea! What an amazing costumer service!! Itmakes me want to buy bubble tea here like all the time. Though some of the staffs are new and they are also currently hiring,the taste of bubble tea and nuggets (the ones that I ordered) are consistently good. Although they are slammed with so manyorders that they received at the time I came in, their staff are patient, friendly, polite and attentive. So 5 stars and morefor this business. Awesome tea! I got the Okinawa pearl milk tea with 80% sweetness and less ice and it is perfect! There is alot of boba (a... little more than a quarter of the cup) so if you prefer less you can ask for less. Great service! Thank you! Read more

Sharetea is always the FIRST place I go to for boba. Their service is always great and their tapioca pearls are always (usually)... fresh and chewy!! I love their seasonal drinks, the strawberry fresh milk with pearl! If you want guaranteed good boba always goto Sharetea! Read more
