Dinner was 40 minutes late for pickup and my order was incorrect. On top of this it was not very good. We ordered the big box... special with the chicken alfredo and then the side of chicken alfredo pasta and no chicken the disturbance were half the size asthey used to be and we got two medium pizzas instead of the box. I order from Pizza Hut every few years because I somehow forget that they have delivery times that measure in hours, like... literally 2-3 hours instead of the 30-45 mins promised. I?m writing this more to future me, don?t order from Pizza Hut againthey haven?t gotten better. To clarify after I complained I got an email that basically said ?we have staffing shortages sowe?re sorry but won?t do anything?. So they?re basically saying order at your own risk, $50 in inedible pizza later, that?s mylast order. Read more

Currently sitting outside waiting 20 to 30 minutes for curbside because the employee on duty is the only one available and... immediately hostile towards me when I said that I have a curbside order. I am not one of the people who subscribe to the liethat the pandemic is over. Curbside was a thing before the pandemic and the fact that this guy is refusing to bring out my foodwhich is going to make it cold is pretty disgusting if you ask me. I am currently sick (not covid) and am trying to be safetoward others by ordering curbside to begin with. I very much will be speaking to management about this one. Read more

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza store and this is my favorite hut! Always superior service and great pizza. Also their e-commerce... site for ordering is flawless; all other stores could take a lesson from it. I highly recommend both this store and Pizza Hut ingeneral. Read more
Worst branch ever for Pizza Hut. There are only 3 ingredients in my order and they missed one (onions) and look the the spread... of toppings. So disappointing. Will never go back to this branch again. The one in Everett is the best pizza from Pizza Hut sofar I had. Avoid this branch if you can. And to top it, the one who gave me my order doesn?t wear mask or gloves. Read more
Take care if you want curbside pickup. It can be really hard to contact someone to bring your food out. Good luck getting your... food if your mobility impaired! (This happened twice at this location.) Also, call this location before you order to be sureyou CAN notify them on your arrival, but also to ensure their ordering system is working. I placed a mobile curbside orderpreviously and when I got there and waited for it, I was eventually told their system was down and they never got myorder. Each time I have an issue with them though, the managers have been quite apologetic and accommodating. Theirprofessionalism earns them a couple of stars, but their electronic communication leaves much to be desired. Read more
