If I could give 0 stars I would because this was hands down the WORST customer service I?ve had. I ordered a pizza online and... accidentally forgot to check off that I wanted mozzarella cheese. Instead of the manager, Jewel, on duty, fixing my pizza, herefused and told me I did it on purpose. I truly don?t know what kind of customer service this is where a customer who hasALREADY PAID not be accommodated. The pizza is not cooked so there should have been no reason that my order could not have beenfixed. Further, I didn?t take the pizza and have not received confirmation of a refund. Read more

Was camping out in an RV park just down the road and decided a pizza was the way to go. With the pandemic happening figured a... take and bake was the best option so I called up this Papa Murphy?s and ordered a Papa?s Favorite. The customer service wasexcellent both on the phone and in person. I was told fifteen minutes and when I showed ten minutes later my pizza was ready.The employees were wearing face masks and following social distancing guidelines which was refreshing.
