I got a free papadia for ordering online. The manager Anthony actually went around the counter to hand me my food personally. I... actually felt like an important customer somewhere. Thank you Anthony for reminding me that there are still great workers outthere that love what they do, prime example. Idk why we keep ordering from them. Used to be great but the last year or so, every time we ask for light sauce on our bbq pizza... it comes drowning in bbq sauce. Like it?s a joke to them or something. It?s completely inedible. Then there?s the fact that theyuse door dash for delivery. Which is a mess in itself. Ordered delivery from this place twice. They messed up my delivery both times. First time the first order never got delivered,... so I had to place another order. When I called about the order, the manager was very rude and hesitant about sending anotherpizza. It took 2 hours to get my pizza. This time my pizza got delivered to the wrong house so I had to go find it at one of myneighbor?s house. I will never order delivery from this Papa Johns again. Read more

We ordered pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. There was no sauce on the pizza, and some parts of the pizza had no cheese.... It?s like they do it on purpose. Horrible quality. Read more

We used to order papadillas from this location all the time. We ordered 3 papadillas for delivery for tonight and they all came... in like the attached pictures. First we were already aggrevated by how long the delivery took. We placed the order around5:30pm but we did not get our food delivered until 8pm. On top of that, the meatball papadilla was like half the normal size. I've never seen papadillas looked and delivered this way and I was so offended someone would actually make them this way thissize, and expect the customer to accept it. Do these look like papadillas to you? Additionally, we never got any sauces thatwe selected with the papadillas. Someone was definitely slacking off tonight.
