Came on a Wednesday, yalls hours say you're open till midnight. I got here at 11:25, its a fast food place. It doesn't take that... long to make food. Why is no one here when yall are supposed to be open till midnight? Called twice, stayed on the line till thecall ended. No one answered. There was a guy in a red shirt in a black truck sitting outside on his phone with his lights onlike he was just about to leave. While I was waiting in the lot to see if you would answer the phone, three different customersalso came through the drive through and left because no one was there. This has happened to me on more than one occasion sowhoever you have running your closing shift consistently you should maybe not have them run night shifts. Read more
I think they need to update on Google Maps. Apparently they're not having dine in. Came to get breakfast to go, but leaving... disappointed because I was not able to go inside and Order. Otherwise I would have given it five stars. Read more
4 stars down to 1. Ordered the cluck chicken sandwich barely any sauce. The picture on the display shows sauce drizzling off of... the chicken. I had to check for sauce and the small amount that was put on was soaked into the center of the bun?. Not even theentire bun. See pictures. The spicy rooster fries were super good! I was starving and needed something quick. There was noline, food was hot. The only reason I took one star away was because the fountain soda coke didn?t taste right. Read more

Pulled up around 615am and they were not open for drive thru or dine in. I left and came back 30mins later and they are still... not open. Not really sure why as it's been over 45min at this point, I left and to my knowledge 3 other cars had left over thisspan of time. This is the third time in 4 months I've hit the drive-thru between 6am-6:20am and it's been closed. Should be open at 6am. No... drive-thru activity. Lights appear to be on. I get off work at 6am and was looking forward to breakfast. Read more
They constantly forget to put things in the bad (fries, hashbrowns, dessert cakes, ect.) They put so much in one bag it was... ridiculous and I couldn't even make sure everything was in there, unless I dumped it all out. Needless to say, they forgot thehashbrown. Plus they made the saddest, smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Jack in the box itself. I'll drive to theWoodinville location before going back to the bothell/canyon park one again. Ps. The food was disgusting it tasted extremely old. The girls working the drive thru were rude I will never go here ever again!
