Reviews for Hana Sushi in Bothell, WA
Ordered a rainbow roll, rice was oddly dry and bland. One of the fish pieces was oddly sour. There were leaves on the roll? Not... seaweed, like....tree leaves? So that was a really odd flavor and texture...server was very nice though. Read more
Sushi not fresh, not good! Sashimi yellow tail, 19 bucks for 5 small pieces, tasted old and very fishy, complained, they said it... was fresh, refused to eat it, still charged us 10 bucks for old fish we didn?t eat, very disappointed, do not eat here!!!! Read more
I was very happy with the Hamachi Kama. This is probably one of my favorite Japanese dishes. We got lucky and got the last one.... I usually like soft shell crab tempura. I didn't like theirs. It was too heavily breaded for me and already chopped into smallpieces. Miso soup was very tasty. I usually like seaweed and mushrooms in mine. There weren't any in the miso soup. Read more
Don?t recommend the place. The udon half bowl was burned and soup has strong burning taste. When we showed this to the waitress,... she said it happened and just left. In addition, we have waited for 40 mins for the food to arrive. Sashimi was so so as well(we ordered salmon and scallops). Wondering if they served faster, the udon may not be burnt? Read more

Absolutely fantastic Sushi! This was the first Sushi place opened in the Bothell area. There owner named the Sushi restaurant... after is daughter Hana. I highly recomend trying their seared salmon belly Nagiri as well as their Hana roll. The owner takemeticulous care and pride of the fish that they have. I will be going back time and time again.
