I rarely have a bad time with burgers and tried various 5 guys locations but the food is way too greasy and for me to ever say... that is something as it hardly bothers me. This was my first time trying Five Guys, and I'm a bit disappointed. They use American cheese instead of real cheese which is... kind of a disgrace, and the burger meat had no flavor at all except grease which soaked the bun causing a soggy mess. The friesand the shake were good enough though, probably the shake is the only thing worth coming back for. Read more
Awesome go to hamburger joint! They over fill the fresh cut frys everytime you order which is a nice touch. Shakes are great... too! Always freindly, fresh and fast. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world ???? Read more
I have no idea what other bad reviews are even talking about. Are they coming to the same location as me? Every time we've been... in, the place has been clean, tidy, and our food has been cooked perfectly with everything being warm and the sodas being fine.This place is good! They do a good job! I?m giving 2 stars because my fries were hot and not soggy, otherwise it would have been 1 star. It took me 25 minutes to get my... food, even though I watched my fries sit in the heater for 15 of those minutes. The store inside is disgusting. 1 very petitegirl and 3 guys. The girl seemed to be on charge and was teaching 1 of the guys how to cook the burgers. One guy was cleaningthe shake machine, answering phones, and taking orders. 1 guy was on fries. The girl took my order at 5:56pm. I did not get ituntil 6:17pm. The Cajun fries needed more seasoning. The coke almost tasted flat but not really, it was weird and gross. Dumpedout my cherry coke, tried regular coke, still gross, then tried raspberry tea?. Was okay. My burger didn?t end up having all ofthe toppings I asked for. I was disappointed in presentation of the burger, my cheese was totally melted off of the burger. Notmuch was left on the burger. You?ll see in the pictures that the expectation for fries isn?t what it used to be. Grabbed quick lunch bite as they opened at 11am. Made fresh burger as I watched and of course huge handful of fries. Returned to... the office 7mins away and was eating within 10. Smelled so good, collegue went for his lunch. No complaints and good food. Read more

Food is great, service is not, even for takeout. And unfortunately the prices are unreasonably high. I used to love this place... but I feel cheated paying this much for a burger, even a very good one, so I rarely come here anymore. Read more
