Called here on 11/06/22 around 11:20 am to check if they are open after the power outage. We drove to 2 cafe's before calling... here only to find them closed due to power outage. Called them before we made the drive and a girl picked up. Asked her if theyare open and she responded in a condescending tone saying "Well I am answering the phone so yes you can deduce that we areopen". Before I could say other places have been closed due to power outages she hung up on me. Whoever you are please getbetter training at dealing with people because that is your job. Thanks for saving me the drive went to a Starbucks with lovelyservice. Will not be visiting your cafe ever, it was going to be my first time. If that is your tone on the phone cannot imaginehow you actually speak to your paying customers. Read more
Stop giving these people your money. I now count six years of a consistently angry lady working the drive-through who has... managed to get our order wrong every single time. Seriously, what did we do to make this lady so upset so long ago? Ask forextra napkins? I am not a demanding person, and their coffee and food is too expensive to treat their customers this poorly. The cookies and patries are nice but I went twice when in town visiting my daughter and both times the vanilla latte was not... enjoyable. The second time I had my 8 yo granddaughter with me and they were really rude about what drinks were available forkids. They made a 'raspberry' frappuccino that was undrinkable but pricey. The location and caffe itself is nice as is the freeWi-Fi. Read more
Unfortunately the photos fooled me. Met my friend here and there wasn't comfortable seating. Coffee tasted burnt and were not... options for my friends dietary limitations. Beautiful outside area feels very New Orleans'y Read more

In my opinion, their coffee is just average. I ordered one of their signature drinks - Medici. It?s a coffee drink with light... zesty orange flavor. It supposed to have 2 espresso shots in it but it didn?t taste strong enough. They have some snack items inthere too. Good, clean, spacious place with outdoor sitting. Came here for the first time and I liked it. It was very calm environment, very relaxing. Doesn?t feel rushed or crazy like most... coffee shops which is nice. I had a mocha and my husband a caramel macchiato. The flavors weren?t too strong, which it can begreat or not too great depending on your personal taste. I?d definitely recommend this place if you?re looking for a relaxedcoffee shop to hang out. Read more
Nice place to get a coffee and relax. They have outdoor seating area (the atmosphere on patio is relaxing and cozy). Their... coffee is fair trade, which is an important point. They also have organic beans options. Good service and great coffee :) Read more
