I was excited to try the Prime Rib Cheesesteak. I'm not sure why I was disappointed. I should have known a fast food... cheesesteak wouldn't be very good. I very rarely eat here and IF I do again, I'll stick with the tried and true roast beef andcheddar. Read more

July 2022 update: This location is essentially non operational at this point. The service is so bad and the hours are so... unpredictable that if you are lucky enough to catch them when you're open you will likely not be lucky enough to get decentservice or food. Save yourself the headache and go around the corner to Jack in the Box. Might not be the same food but atleast you will get something to eat Polite and helpful staff. I've always liked Arby's roast beef sandwiches and the French dipis one of my favorites. Then I recently tried their gyro and was really good! The pita is always fresh and and the Greek meatis very good and seasoned properly. It's now one of my favorite sandwiches there. Their deli sandwiches are also delicious andtaste fresh. Of course I don't know for sure but it seems like their bread and produce is better quality than most fast foodrestaurants. Read more
7/20/22 response to owner: You might as well just close this location because if they are open the service is so terrible you... can't get any food within 20 minutes. I figured today I would give them another chance and go in there but it's not even 7o'clock and they are already closed and the employees are just sitting out on the curb in the parking lot and waving customersaway. I'm not even gonna bother going in there anymore. If you need additional feedback in order to figure out what's going onthen you're obviously not paying attention to the service or business at that location. Board up the doors and windows. Or maybesell it to somebody else that can actually run a business. Original comment: Service has gone so far downhill here. It's reallysad because they had great food and used to have excellent service. Now they don't even open the dining room and you are luckyif it only takes 15 minutes just to help one car in the drive-through. If there's 1 or 2 in front of you, you're looking atalmost half an hour. Sorry, but the food isn't good enough for me to wait that long at any drive-throug, or most restaurants forthat matter. I know the pandemic has put a strain on everything but it's been nearly 2 and a 1/2 years and apparently ourability to maintain customer service was hanging by a thread before that since it's essentially non existent now this locationas well many other businesses. The drive through is 'open', but you sit there for 10 minutes with nobody to take your order with nobody around at 8:15pm.... Frustrated, you pull away around the back of the restaurant and find 3 employees smoking out back. Great. Keep up the greatwork. Read more
**it seems to have gotten better** DON'T GO UNTIL MANAGEMENT FIXES PROBLEM EMPLYOEES usually have get great food here. last... time i went they put two or three slices beef on my beef and cheddar. went there today and ordered the same thing. told the ladythe problem last time, she said she she'll fix it. drove the 9 miles back to my house kind of a drive but i love arbys. openedthe bag and the sandwiches were wrapped in fish wrapper. the beef and cheddar looked really oily but i ate the thing anyways, ittasted really bad, its hard to say why (fishy maybe). and now my stomach hurts. somethings terribly wrong with this arbyslately, management please fix it! My girlfriend introduced me to "Jamoca" shakes at an Arby's out in Everett. It was so good that I wanted to stop by my nearest... Arby's to get one, I figured I'd go inside and have some lunch while I was at it. The First thing I noticed was how filthy eachand every single counter top in the whole restaurant was, not to mention the floor. This was around 1:00 in the afternoon, whichlead me to believe that they didn't take 5 minutes at the end of the night to wipe down any tables. The sandwich and fries wereexactly what I'd expect from Arbys, but the shake tasted like a dirty sponge. No trace of coffee taste, No trace of chocolate.Pure mildew. It was horrifying. I don't think the pictures I took really capture how gross it was in there. If you have to comehere, go through the drive-thru to save yourself from being grossed out. Read more
Food was cold and they were out of ice. Got the order wrong then said they will issue a refund but that didn't happen.
