Enjoyed our first time there. Really appreciate their menu having lots of substitution options clearly listed out. Went for the... Italian scramble and avocado toast. Avocado toast with egg was really filling and enjoyed the pickled onions - wasn?toverwhelming sour. Italian scramble was good with a side of gravy (had meat bits in it!). Would definitely come back to checkout other items on menu. Read more

It was a neat spot and the food was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but it was clean and fresh. The service was great.

Alexa's Cafe is a gem in Bothell! When I first looked at the menu many months ago I was disappointed that it didn't have any... vegan options. My sister moved to the area and loved this spot, walking distance from her apartment, and I couldn't exactly gowith her. Fast forward to this year, I saw the menu changed and now it's so vegan friendly! Now this is a must-stop every time Ivisit my sister in the area. Logistics: located on a pedestrian-only street with free street parking available all around, seating inside & out to enjoy the nice weather days. Drinks: I am a huge fan of the lattes, hot or iced - that is my go-todrink here. Everyone also loves the coffee (they use local Caffe Vita coffee). Food: so far I've had the California burrito, huevos rancheros, vegan egg sandwich, and veggie scramble - all vegan with the right substitutions (Just Egg for eggs, nocheese, etc.). When I got the California burrito I was really confused because it's not actually a burrito, more of a quesadilla- it was delicious. I wanted to get the Beyond breakfast sausage inside but they happened to be out of it that morning. HuevosRancheros had amazing flavor. Scramble was delicious with veggies and toast on the side. Their roasted potatoes are fantasticthough unfortunately not vegan as they are cooked in butter (I truly hope they change this and use a plant-based butter in thefuture!). For a non-vegan option, my sister loves the Benny's. Vibe: love the decor and atmosphere! It can get a bit crowdedand loud when it's very busy but it's not overwhelming like some breakfast spots. Free wifi makes this a good spot to work fromas well. Read more

a bustling yet cozy place to grab some good food. came here for breakfast on a Saturday -- a table for 2 was a 15 minute wait.... the service felt attentive despite the crowd. they were well-organized, with coffee and water always at the ready. lots ofdishes to choose from, I went with the basic "farm plate" with scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, potatoes. the scrambled eggs werecooked perfectly -- the best I can recall eating in a long while. delicious coffee. overall a staple breakfast spot in downtownBothell, I can see why it's so popular. Great staff attitude throughout and delicious food - no wonder it was full and busy. Pulled pork ciabatta was delicious and... satisfying, and the ciabatta was fresh and perfect. Italian dressing on the salad was tangy and delicious and make the salad somuch more palatable. Read more

Alexa's deserves the full 5 stars for being plenty staffed on New Year's Day, and for delivering on friendly service, great... food, coffee, and atmosphere. They have a cool outdoor covered eating area too, but we opted for indoor. There's a market placeinside that has local artist and food wares. Tables are neatly spaced apart; it's the first place I've dined in where I actuallyfelt the distance rules were being followed. I got the veggie scramble which I liked BUT the veggies really needed to be cookeddown more and I should have asked for no olives (didn't notice that reading the menu). Their wheat toast was uhhmazing (not madein house but still) and I liked the sausage patties for an add on. I'd come here again. Read more

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast (10/30/2021) @ Alexa's Cafe and all in all it was very good. The only reason I did not... give Alexa a FIVE STAR rating was due to the fact our meals were lukewarm at best. I have to believe they were left on the"pass" too long. There was plenty of staff so no excuse if indeed this was the case. We enjoy, like most folks, a hot meal, whenordering a hot dish. In this case Alexa failed. Unfortunate. Will we return, undecided. ............. OH, and the lovely photo'shanging above the tables in the restaurant could a thorough dusting. Read more
